This lot is part of ONIBUS COFFEE’s “Soil Project,” an initiative that works with small-scale farmers in Rwanda to support sustainable coffee production. Organic compost made from coffee by-products is applied to the farms to enrich the soil and nurture healthier coffee plants.


The cup opens with bright citrus notes, gradually revealing juicy fruit flavors reminiscent of plum, along with elegant floral aromas. Its tea-like body and gentle sweetness create a smooth, delicate experience that lingers pleasantly with every sip.

Dukunde Kawa（ルワンダの言葉で「コーヒー大好き」）協同組合は、ルワンダ北部のGakenke( ガケンケ ) 郡にあります。
同組合は3基のウォッシングステーションを所有していて、こちらは2025年4月にルリウォッシングステーションで作られたロットです。
ルリは中でも一番大きな規模をほこり、豊富な水源や整った設備、そして人と環境を大切にする姿勢が品質を支えています。

【ソイルプロジェクト】
ONIBUSはルワンダの小規模農家たちと一緒に土づくりをしています。コーヒー生産の副産物であるコーヒーの果肉部分を落ち葉や米糠などと混ぜて発酵させ有機堆肥にし、年に2回コーヒーツリーの農地に施肥しています。調査の結果、土壌中の有機物の増加や微生物活動の活性化が促進され、施肥をしていないエリアに比べて肥沃な土壌になったことも確認されました。この取り組みからできたのがソイルプロジェクトロットです。

柑橘の明るい印象から、プラムを思わせる果実味とフローラルな華やかさへと移り変わるコーヒーです。紅茶のような軽やかな飲み心地に、やさしい甘さが重なり、心地よい余韻をお楽しみいただけます。
