〈発送日〉
月に1回、1ヶ月ごとにお届け。
ご注文日から2〜5日以内に発送いたします。
例：月の末日に初回注文の場合、2回目のお届けは翌月の末日となります（初回：1月31日初回→2回目：2月28日 ※閏年の場合2/29）

 

〈決済日〉
2回目以降のお支払いは、初回購入日を起点とした1ヶ月毎にご登録いただいているお支払い方法にて自動決済となります。

 

〈スキップ、一時停止、再開、解約について〉

マイページよりスキップ、一時停止、再開はいつでも利用可能。
支払い方法の変更、お届け先住所の変更、解約もマイページからできます。

Shipping Information

◾️Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days will be shipped the same day.

We are closed on weekends, so orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or after business hours on Friday will be shipped on the next business day.

(Example: Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday.)

A delivery note showing the product price is usually included in the package.If you do not need a delivery note, please write “No delivery note” in the Order Notes section when placing your order.


◾️International Shipping

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to shipping delays.

When using DHL or FedEx, shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders will be shipped sequentially on the next business day.
