1. Cafe Manager

This is a perfect role for someone who loves chatting with customers and making great coffee.

The role is all about keeping things running smoothly. You'll be in charge of making sure orders are handled properly and the day-to-day ops are aces. You'll also get to manage a team and keep track of inventory. And the best part? You'll get to chat with customers all day long! We're in one of the hottest neighborhoods in old town Bangkok, so you'll never run out of interesting people to talk to.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide excellent hospitality
• Create a cosy and inviting atmosphere for customers
• Prepare coffee and other beverages to the ONIBUS standard of taste and quality
• Assist customers with coffee and food recommendations
• Coach and train the team to ensure our high standards are always met
• Plan and manage shift work scheduling and inventory management
• Conduct daily quality test, dialing, and maintenance
• Maintain and clean coffee machines
• Consolidate customer feedback and suggest changes as needed
• Collaborate with the management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional product delivery

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a cafe manager
• Being able to read the profit and loss statement
• Identify any business issues and propose solutions for the improvement
• 3+ years of barista experience (speed & slow bar)
• A passion for coffee, especially the ONIBUS style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate well in English
• Must be a team player, reliable and consistent
• Willingness to work 6 days out of 7 days a week, including shift work

2. Senior Barista

• 3+ years of barista experience (speed & slow bar)
