日本の東京を拠点としている私たちONIBUS COFFEE。創業から10年が経ち、日々変わらずコーヒーを淹れられているのも、国内外関わらず多くの皆様の支えあってのことだと心から感謝しています。
コロナになる前までは、諸外国のロースターからゲストバリスタに来て頂いたり、オニバスチームが他国へ足を運びコーヒーを淹れられる機会も少なからずありました。（近い記憶では2018年の台湾で開催されたコーヒーフェスや、2019年のアメリカシアトルで開催されためちゃくちゃクールなマルゾッコカフェでのイベントなど）コロナ禍を経て、また少しずつ国内外の移動もできるようになってきてはいますが、国を跨ぐイベントの開催やゲストバリスタに関しては、もう少しだけ時間がかかりそう。
そんな中、国内外どこでもどなたでも私たちのコーヒーを手元に届けることができ、楽しんで頂ける為のツールが「オンラインショップ」。ありがたいことに、国外からのご注文も増えてきている昨今、国境を超えて私たちのコーヒーが楽しまれていることを思うと、本当に嬉しく思います。
さて、前置きが長くなってしまいましたが、今回の記事はオンラインショップでの購入方法に関して、外国の方が分かりやすい様に英語でご紹介していきます。以下、英語の文章になりますが、ぜひ読んでみてくださいね〜。

In Japan, we have 7 branches. The locations of 6 are in Tokyo, another one is in Nasu in Tochigi prefecture. This shop is brand new, it is located in the facility of “GOOD NEWS”. Nasu is famous for its beautiful nature and Onsen before we go there. If you have a chance to travel to Nasu, please drop in on ONIBUS COFFEE Nasu branch, too. Then, the other 6 branches in Tokyo were almost all located in the Shibuya、 Meguro、 Setagaya area. They are in accessible places from the railroad Station (some of which are not near the railroad station; you can go by bus).
In any case, we are very happy that you come to our real shops. We are really happy to see you are enjoying our coffee and talking with people from various countries with a cup of coffee!
Although it is difficult to travel abroad these days under the influence of Covid-19, we always think that we would like you to enjoy our coffee. In a situation such as it being difficult to travel to Japan still, it might be a good idea to use Online Shop.

How to buy ONIBUS's coffee beans and goods in the online shop
Actually.... it is so easy to get through our online shop!! (If you do not need this explanation, you can jump over this paragraph:D) Let's begin!!!
In the first place, you are probably landing our website. You can see the ONLINE SHOP button in the header of the top page, so let’s tap on it. You will see all available items on this page, but if you want to narrow down items by categories, you can pull-down the item lists using the “FILTER BY” lists.
Once you have decided what you want to buy, in the second place, click the item.
On this page, you can check some information about that item. Especially our coffee, we introduce the story about each coffee and flavor note and so on. For example, about the country of origin, producer, plantation, refining process, taste note etc…Please try to peruse them!
What we want you to do on this page also, choose grams(100g/200g/500g/1kg), grind size(whole beans/medium grind:for filter/coarse grind:for french press) and quantity. About grind size, only for the blended coffee which is ONIBUS BLEND, STEP BLEND, CITY ROAST BLEND you could choose espresso grind in addition to the above. All selections you can choose by pull-down lists, so it is easy.After completing your custom, let’s “ADD TO CART”!
You will see the mention of Just added to your cart at the top right of the page, if there is no mistake, let's tap the “VIEW CART” or if you want to continue shopping, just proceed with purchase.
The payment methods
After moving to Your cart page, please confirm your purchases like product, price, quantity total. Finally, please tap on the “CHECK OUT” button.
On this page, please fill in your shipping information(Email address, Name, Shipping address, Phone number etc,) after that tap continue payment method.
The payment method is using PayPal only, so PayPal registration is required. What needs attention, if the payment is not completed, the product will not be ordered, so please be careful.
About International deliveries (transport company)
We use 3 shipping methods for the International countries below.
・EMS
EMS is the service of Japan Post. It is the international mail service for sending up to 30kg of documents and merchandise over 120 countries and territories worldwide.
For customers who wish to receive by EMS, due to the coronavirus and other factors, delivery to some countries and regions has been suspended. If you would like to use EMS, it is better for the Asia area which is near Japan, because it is a little cheaper than other methods and not so late after you order.
・DHL
DHL is an international delivery service company based in Germany. They are famous as overseas shipping means because they deal with above 228 countries and regions in the world. Also, they have their own plane so they can maintain stable logistics.
・Fedex
Fedex has a large number of their own planes, the same as DHL, so they can use part of transport between bases using their own aircrafts. But you will notice the price of Fedex is a little bit more expensive than other methods, because their shipping system is very high quality and reaches you at an overwhelming speed.
