オニバスがルワンダの小規模農家とともに土づくりに取り組む「ソイルプロジェクト」から生まれたロットです。
コーヒーの果肉や落ち葉、米糠などから作った有機堆肥を施肥し、豊かな土壌環境を育んでいます。
シトラスを思わせる果実味に、カカオのやさしいコクとサトウキビのような自然な甘さ。
丸みのあるなめらかな口当たりと、クリーンな余韻が心地よく続きます。

ONIBUSはルワンダの小規模農家たちと一緒に土づくりをしています。コーヒー生産の副産物であるコーヒーの果肉部分を落ち葉や米糠などと混ぜて発酵させ有機堆肥にし、年に2回コーヒーツリーの農地に施肥しています。この取り組みからできたのがソイルプロジェクトロットです。
プロジェクトの効果を探るため、土壌調査を実施したところ、土壌中の有機物の増加や微生物活動の活性化が促進され、施肥をしていないエリアに比べて肥沃な土壌になったことも確認されました。

こちらは2025年4月にミビリマウォッシングステーションで作られたロットです。ミビリマは、Dukunde Kawa農協が運営するウォッシングステーションの中で先立ってオーガニック認証を取得しました。マネージャーのジャンボスコ氏を中心に、素晴らしいクオリティのコーヒーを生産し、過去には何度も品評会入賞を果たしています。豊富な水源、整った設備、そして人と環境を大切にする姿勢が品質を支えています。
