Shipping Information

◾️Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days will be shipped the same day.

We are closed on weekends, so orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or after business hours on Friday will be shipped on the next business day.

(Example: Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday.)

A delivery note showing the product price is usually included in the package.If you do not need a delivery note, please write “No delivery note” in the Order Notes section when placing your order.


◾️International Shipping

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to shipping delays.

When using DHL or FedEx, shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders will be shipped sequentially on the next business day.

Honduras COE 2025より、果実の甘さとフローラル感を感じていただけるゲイシャ種のご紹介です。
農園主であるEdwin Lenin Pinedaさんは2011年頃、農園をスペシャルティコーヒーの栽培に切り替え、コーヒー栽培に特化しました。当初は、スペシャルティコーヒーの厳しい要件に適応することが困難で、栄養価の維持やコーヒーノキに影響を与える病害虫の駆除に、より多くの注意、努力、そして投資が必要でした。
Edwinさんは、カップ・オブ・エクセレンス（COE）のコンテスト出場に値するコーヒーを作り続けることに強い意欲を持っています。それは、家族の主な収入源を確保するだけでなく、品質へのこだわりを示す、著名なホンジュラス産コーヒー生産者としての地位を確立することにもつながるからです。

今後は、友人、サン・ビセンテ・エクスポート、IHCAFEの技術者、そして私自身の経験から得た長年のコーヒーに関する知識をすべて子供たちに伝えていく思いを胸に、農園での努力、私の献身、そしてCOEが提供するプラットフォームによって築き上げられたコーヒー生産の伝統を、確実に継承していこうとしています。
