This special lot, Gori Gesha, natural process, red label, is from Gesha Village farm.
Tha farm is located in the Bench Maji district in the southwestern part of Ethiopia, along the border with Sudan, and the soil type is brown-red loamy soil.
The Gori Gesha variety replicates the genetic diversity of the Gori Gesha forest (the origin of the Gesha variety).

【 Information from the importer】

At the western end of Ethiopia lies the dense forest of the Bench Maji region.
GESHA VILLAGE farm is located in this great nature.
The farm is divided into eight sections based on altitude, soil, and variety. At GESHA VILLAGE farm, which performs thorough batch control, product grades are divided into three levels: CHAKA, micro lots by area, and auction. Furthermore, starting with the 2019 crop, he has named the micro lots by area Green Label (micro lots by area), Red Label (those with cup quality of 86 points or higher), and Gold Label (equivalent to auction level).
This time we would like to introduce a micro lot from RedLabel in the SHEWA-JIBABU area.
Among the GESHA VILLAGE farms, the SHEWA-JIBABU area located in the northwest cultivates only his GORI GESHA seeds. SHEWA-JIBABU is the name of a village in the northern mountainous area, and many people come to work there.
The terrain slopes towards the north, making it the highest area of the farm, with relatively good sunlight and low humidity, allowing shade trees to grow as they mature somewhat early.
The natural process involves drying on African beds for 29 days (mid-January to mid-February) after floater removal. In order to finish drying in the optimal number of days, we cover it with a vinyl sheet and adjust the drying time.
