This lot was specially selected by Mr. Bire, co-president of BNT (exporter), a company we have been dealing with continuously for many years. Mr. Bire always visits our roastery and communicates directly with our roasters and baristas when he comes to Japan in 2019 and beyond. I am very impressed with his willingness to listen to the opinions of the in-store baristas to improve quality, not to mention the importers who buy BNT's coffee and our visits to Ethiopia's growing regions.
