To celebrate the 11th anniversary of the Okusawa store, we will be selling beans that are a little more special than usual. The Pacamara variety from Santa Rosa Farm, a regular winner of the Cup of Excellence and very famous in El Salvador.
The Pacamara variety originated in the country and is a cross between the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties.
It is characterized by its large size and fresh citrus fruitiness.
The beans for sale here are refined by the "natural process," which accentuates the mellow fruitiness unique to the Pacamara variety.
Please enjoy the gushing fruit juices that are just like juice.
